Ordering

All orders are subject to product availability and if for any reason, GLASS does not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will not charge your credit or debit card.

All orders are subject to acceptance

Once an order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email to the email address provided in your order form which will provide details of products ordered, payment method chosen, cost and estimated delivery times.

Customs

It might be that you have to pay customs fees and other taxes. These are not covered by us. Make sure to pay them on time otherwise the goods will be returned to us.

Payment

GLASS accepts most major credit/debit cards

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Your credit card will be charged immediately following the placement of your order.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you want to return your purchase please let us know within 7 days from the delivery date. Simply email us at lewis@lewisarnold.photo and we’ll get things organised for you.

Products need to be in new condition to be eligible for return. 
Do know you will have to pay for return shipping yourself.


Delivery Times

Please understand we're not Amazon, we will send it out as quickly as we can.

After sending, the standard domestic delivery time in the UK is 3-5 working days. Outside of the UK the estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days.

We will always aim to meet these timeframes but there may be occasions outside our control when your parcel is delayed.

Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change a residential delivery address.
