VO2 is a collaboration between established and respected creatives working across digital and print in surf media, film, and design.

Founder, Publisher, and Photo Editor Lewis Arnold is an award-winning surf photographer, filmmaker and director/cinematographer of the internationally acclaimed feature documentary The Big Sea due for full release in late 2026.

Editorial Direction & Editor Ronald de Leeuw is a renowned surf journalist writing on surf culture and the people, places, and ideas around it for publications like The Surfer’s Journal, The Surfer’s Journal Japan, Nordic Surfers Mag, and Sheseas.

On Sea Change Ron led editorial direction and editing, working with all contributors to shape diverse written threads thematically for VO2. He also oversees web and marketing for GLASS.

Innovative bespoke design is a major element of GLASS and is once more directed by Alistair Marshall, of Design by Temple, an independent creative studio in Cornwall, UK. Ali draws upon sixteen years of expertise working with international clients across the surf industry, media, and beyond to create thoughtful, culturally informed design that reflects the people, history, and spirit of surfing.
