Delivery Times

Please understand we're not Amazon, we will send it out as quickly as we can.

After sending, the standard domestic delivery time in the UK is 3-5 working days. Outside of the UK the estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days.

We will always aim to meet these timeframes but there may be occasions outside our control when your parcel is delayed. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change a residential delivery address.

Customs

It might be that you have to pay customs fees and other taxes. These are not covered by us. Make sure to pay them on time otherwise the goods will be returned to us.
